SEND home-to-school transport.

Daily, EHCP-aligned home-to-school transport for children with SEND aged 4–25. The same driver, same passenger assistant, same vehicle wherever possible.

Who it's for

Children with EHCPs commissioned by an English Local Authority. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, complex medical, sensory.

Vehicle types

Mixed fleet — 4–6 seat MPV / 9–16 seat WAV minibus. All Euro 6, CCTV, restraint-trained crews.

How it works

Meet-and-greet at home → daily AM run → school gate handover → daily PM return → live tracking + photo proof both ways.

Pricing

Per-mile and per-journey rate cards aligned to your DPS structure (e.g. WSCC Cat 1/2/3, Oxon 10-lot).

How quickly can you mobilise a new route?
Standard mobilisation is 30 days from award. Urgent / single-route mobilisations within 5 working days where capacity allows.
Are you TUPE-ready?
Yes. We have a standing TUPE consultation playbook, run by an external HR partner (Peninsula). We have absorbed staff from three incumbent providers without a single contested transfer.
Will you publish your DBS recheck cadence?
Yes — quarterly automated Status Check via API, plus annual full re-check for any driver outside the Update Service. Visible in your LA Portal in real time.
What happens if a driver becomes unavailable mid-term?
First-line: same-borough cover-driver pool, all of whom have already met the child during shadowing. Second-line: a known cover-driver from an adjacent depot. We never send an unfamiliar driver without parent + school agreement.
