Risk assessment

We review the EHCP, behaviour support plan, and any LA risk flags before allocating a team.

Team briefing

Full profile shared with driver and PA 48 hours before first run. No surprises on the day.

Meet-and-greet

Team meets child at a safe location before the first live journey. Not optional.

First run shadowed

Ops manager reviews first journey via live GPS. Team debriefed same day.

Weekly behaviour log

Shared with SENCO, social worker, and family. Flags patterns before incidents.

Quarterly review

Formal review with LA commissioning, school, and family. Tier re-assessed.
