Responsible business

Doing right by children,
communities, and our planet

Vayacare's responsible business framework covers how we operate — from our environmental commitments to how we treat our workforce and govern ourselves. Social value is not an add-on: it is what we exist to create.

Transport for children with SEND is inherently local and essential. We are working to decarbonise our fleet without compromising the reliability that our children depend on. Our first EV minibus joins the fleet in September 2026.
