Over two years, Bromley LBC reduced SEND transport spend by 14% while expanding the number of children served and maintaining 97% parent satisfaction. Route optimisation and shared occupancy delivered savings without any reduction in entitlement.

In our 2024–25 survey, 89% of parents reported their child was calmer on the journey after a passport was created. 74% of drivers said the passport significantly changed how they approached pick-up.
