How quickly can you start a new route?
For standard SEND routes with a DBS-cleared driver in area, 5 working days from contract signature. For complex out-of-area placements, 10 working days.
What does a demo involve?
A 45-minute online session: we walk through the LA portal live, show a sample route with tracking, and answer your specific procurement questions. No slides — real product.
Do you cover our LA area?
We currently operate in 22 local authority areas across London, the South East, Kent, Surrey, and Hampshire. Use the form to enquire — we will tell you within 24 hours.
What's the minimum contract term?
We operate on academic-year contracts aligned to EHCP funding cycles. Emergency short-term placements (4–12 weeks) are available at a different rate.
