Vayacare was built because the founders had sat in the same LA offices you sit in now — trying to hold operators accountable with spreadsheets and phone calls. We built the system we wish had existed.

Founded in the Midlands by former LA commissioners frustrated by compliance failures in outsourced transport.
Q2 2024
Bromley LBC contract awarded — first LA partnership. 18 routes, 42 children.
Q4 2024
Hillingdon added. Compliance system wins NW Procurement Award for transparency.
Q1 2025
Kent County Council SEND framework approved. Zero T3 incidents across all contracts.
Q3 2025
Hampshire joins. Real-time parent app launched — 97% satisfaction in first term.
